1. Who We Are
Bytetify LLC is a limited liability company organised under the laws of Wyoming, United States, with its principal office at 30 N Gould St #57255, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Bytetify LLC operates the website at https://bytetify.com (the "Website") and is the contracting party under these Terms. "Company", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bytetify LLC.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Website. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
2. What This Website Is
The Website is an informational site describing Bytetify LLC, our products and our services. It has no user accounts, no checkout and no subscription functionality. Nothing on the Website is an offer to contract, and no contract is formed by using it.
3. Our Products and Services
Bytetify LLC builds and operates the following products:
FasterMenu (https://fastermenu.com) — a link-in-bio storefront for food trucks, pop-ups, market vendors and bakeries, with menus, schedules, WhatsApp ordering and subscriber lists.
Subignite (https://subignite.com) — a creator monetization platform for selling courses, audio, video, files and gated community access from a white-label branded storefront, with built-in payments.
Each of these is a separate service with its own Terms of Service published on its own website. These Terms govern the Website only; they do not govern your use of FasterMenu and Subignite, which is subject to that product's own terms.
Bytetify LLC also provides custom mobile and web software development services to clients, including native applications for iOS and Android, web applications, and related software development work.
4. Service Agreements
All software development services are provided pursuant to separate written agreements between Bytetify LLC and the client. The terms of each project, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and billing terms, are specified in individual service agreements or statements of work.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all intellectual property rights in custom software developed by Bytetify LLC for a client will be assigned to the client upon completion of the project and fulfillment of all contractual obligations. Bytetify LLC retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the provision of services.
The content, branding, and design of the Website itself remain the property of Bytetify LLC.
6. Data and Privacy
This Website does not set cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and has no database in which to store your information. The contact form on the Website composes a message in your own email client; nothing reaches us unless you choose to send that email. 7. Disclaimer
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
